Notes at The Optimist Café will host an evening of music and spoken word on Tuesday, Sept. 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Optimist Café, 16 Colls Farm Road. in Jaffrey. The evening will include dinner and dessert, with seating by reservation.
The program will feature:
Wendy Keith, co-founder of Notes and an award-winning singer-songwriter. Keith has recorded four albums, most recently It’s About Time in 2020.
Christine Destrempes, visual artist and author of “UNCONDITIONED,” a memoir addressing environmental and social issues.


Tara Greenblatt, vocalist and percussionist known for her contemporary music blending themes of nature, creativity and reflection.
The evening is designed to showcase original music, storytelling and spoken word in an intimate setting. Tickets are $35 per person and include an entrée, salad and dessert. Reservations are required by calling The Optimist Café at 603-593-5389.
