New England College field hockey team seniors Mackenzie Anderson of Antrim and Cristina Manzi of Peapack, N.J., have been named to the 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association watchlist.
The watchlist highlights student-athletes with strong potential for All-Region and All-American recognition.
Anderson, the Pilgrimsโ goalkeeper, had a standout junior season, starting all 20 games and posting a 16-4 record. She recorded 79 saves, five shutouts and a 0.77 goals against average. Her .849 save percentage ranked in the top 10 nationally among Division III keepers. She was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Conference Goalkeeper of the Year in 2024 and will anchor the Pilgrimsโ defense again this fall.
New England College competes in the GNAC and will open its 2025 field hockey season later this month.
