Jenny Parker named chief communications officer at American Promise
American Promise has appointed ConVal alum Jenny Parker as chief communications officer, effective June 30.
She will oversee communications strategy in support of the group’s effort to advance the For Our Freedom Amendment, which would restore the authority of Congress and states to set limits on money in campaigns and elections. Parker will report to American Promise President Anastasia Khoo.
She previously held senior communications roles at Conservation International, the National Constitution Center, Fortune, New York Magazine and ABC News.
Parker graduated from ConVal in 1989 and lived in Temple. She now lives in Gladwyne, Pa.
