The Rindge Historical Society, 24 School St., will host its monthly “Music at the Museum” open mic outdoors on Saturday, June 28 at 1 p.m. The featured performer is guitarist and singer Tom Horsky.
A $5 donation at the door supports the museum. Light lunch items, desserts and non-alcoholic drinks will be available. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. In case of inclement weather, the event may be moved indoors.
Open mic spots are open to musicians, poets and spoken word artists of all ages. Each performer has up to 10 minutes or two selections. To sign up, contact Ray Siekierski at nooniekirk52@gmail.com.
The monthly series continues July 26 with Kota, Aug. 30 with Not Dead Yet, Sept. 27 with Rick Ekstrom and Oct. 25 with Andrew Lewis. More information is available at rindgehistoricalsociety.org.
