ConVal High School students will exhibit their artwork at the Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St., as part of the 30th annual Children and the Arts Festival.

The show, titled โ€œGreatest Hits,โ€ features work from 2D Studio Art, 3D Studio Art and ceramics classes taught by Karrie Mitschmyer, Ben Putnam and Carolann Tebbetts. It runs through Saturday, May 31 and coincides with this yearโ€™s festival theme, โ€œGreatest Hits: Celebrating 30 Years of Children and the Arts.โ€

A public reception will be held Friday, May 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the library. During the event, the Children and the Arts Festival Committee will screen videos of past festival parades in the libraryโ€™s 1833 Room.

In the Elizabeth Room, the exhibit โ€œRemasteredโ€ will showcase student-created artwork made from old CDs, inspired by favorite themes from previous festivals and reimagined into original pieces.
