Lara Matthias, Eliza Dery, Megan Beckman and Sally Scar have begun to prepare Rosaly’s Garden and Farmstand in Peterborough for opening day on May 13. This year, the team has upped production, so customers can expect to see more produce as well as collaborations with other local farms. Matthias, whose focus is primarily on flower production, is excited for the pick-your-own beds to blossom and to make her own bouquets.
