Music on Norway Pond held its Caroling on the Common event Wednesday at Hancock Common, led by professional trumpters.
Its Noel on Norway Pond concert that was scheduled for Dec. 17 but was canceled due to poor weather will instead take place Saturday, Jan. 7, at 4 p.m. in the Hancock Meetinghouse. Scheduled performers Norway Pond Festival Singers, Jr. Mints and the Celtic band Waking Finnegan will be part of the event, and people who purchased tickets should hold on to them, although Music on Norway Pond has a list of people who bought tickets in the event they did not keep them.
Tickets are $25 for adults and free for students, and are available at musiconnorwaypond.org.
