It’s understandable that some Republican and Democratic voters might feel left behind, but these voters should not let resentment cloud their judgment. Many of these voters stand to benefit from Democratic legislation. It might feel good to hear Republican criticism of the Democrats. However, we hardly ever hear about constructive legislation from the Republicans.
Democratic legislation includes lower prescription drug prices for Medicare, over-the-counter (less-expensive) hearing aids, stimulus checks, improved infrastructure, minimum corporate tax, CHIPS act to bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States and reduced deficit. Other Democratic initiatives include higher minimum wages. Also, don’t forget that wages, and employment are up.
While Republicans love to criticize the Democrats, we rarely see constructive ideas from the Republicans. Remember, many Republican voters, including Donald Trump supporters, and Democratic voters benefit from democratic legislation. Yes, save America. Save America by promoting a democracy that supports everyone.
