Melody Zahn Russell will share and sign copies of her new book on caring for her mother, “Noni And Me,” Saturday, Oct. 15, at 11 a.m. at The Toadstool Bookshop, 12 Depot Square in Peterborough.
In “Noni And Me,” Russell writes of the time she shared with her mother during Noni’s last three years as she lived with memory loss. When COVID arrived, Russell stopped teaching art and turned to writing. This mini-memoir is the result, and she hopes it will help those who have a loved one with memory loss or are wondering about becoming a caregiver.
Locally, Russell is known to many as “Mrs. Russell” because of her Potato Print greeting cards which she has been producing since 1986. This event is free and all are welcome. For information, call the bookstore at 603-924-3543.
