The film club at Peterborough Town Library has announced the next block of films to be screened at the library.
Similar to a book club, the group watches films together and participates in discussion. Led by Mark Holding, a film studies professor, the discussions explore theme, direction, characterization and more. The next screening and discussion will be “The Maltese Falcon” Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 6:15 p.m. Snacks and cold drinks will be served.
The film club meets the second Tuesday of the month at the library, 2 Concord St. The next films scheduled are “The Black Stallion” and “I Know Where I’m Going.” Find out more at peterboroughtownlibrary.libnet.info/event/7244120.
