Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains will hold a launch event Tuesday, Oct. 25, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Peterborough Elementary School, 17 High St. in Peterborough.
Caregivers will learn all about Girl Scouts and troop openings while their girls participate in space-themed activities. If people can’t make it to the event, the group hosts multiple in-person and virtual signup events throughout the year. Girls can also join any time online at girlscoutsgwm.org. Walk-ins are welcome.
Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains offers programs in the outdoors, entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and life skills.
