The Harris Center for Conservation Education in Hancock hosted a “Surveying for Salamanders” event Tuesday to monitor salamanders at the center’s long-term study plots. The work was part of SPARCnet, a national research effort aimed at understanding the effects of climate change on red-backed salamanders.
