Peterborough Police executed a search warrant at a Kemp Road home Tuesday, after receiving a report Sept. 9 from the state Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services about possible criminal neglect.
According to a press release from Police Chief Scott Guinard, officers seized numerous items from the home, and that police are still investigating.
Due to the sensitive nature of the matter and for the privacy of the people involved, the release stated that the department would not be providing further details at this time, but nothing related to the investigation poses a threat to the public.
Peterborough Police received assistance from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department and the Nashua Police Department.
