The weekly preschool story time at Mansfield Public Library, 5 Main St. in Temple, will resume Friday, Sept. 16, at 10:30 a.m.
The group will meet Fridays at 10:30 a.m. through Dec. 9, with the exception of Nov. 11 and 25, and it will be be held outside until it becomes too cold. Older and younger siblings are welcome.
The library will have a table at the Temple Harvest Festival Sunday, Sept. 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. People will be able to see the library’s “Storytime-to-Go” bags and items from its Library of Things. Residents can sign up for a library card and children can decorate their own bookmarks.
The September book club meeting will be held via Zoom Thursday, Sept. 29, at 7 p.m. The group will be discussing “The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek” by Kim Michele Richardson. Copies of the book, including large-print, are available at the front desk.
