Wilton Collaborative Space, in the 2nd Congregational Church Hall at 25 Gregg St. in Wilton, has scheduled the following activities:

Friday, July 8, at 10 a.m., Caregivers’ Drop-In – A drop-in with cellist Charlene Ledoux, who will offer guided meditation relaxation techniques with live music. This program is rescheduled from May due to illness. All are welcome. The event is free, and refreshments will be served. Sponsored by the Wilton Public & Gregg Free Library.

Saturday, July 9, at 5 p.m. — Community potluck sponsored by the Wilton Community Center. Bring a dish to share. Beverages, bread and butter are provided.

Tuesday, July 12, at 10 a.m., Project Linus — Participants will create fleece blankets that will be distributed to local hospitals, police, fire and emergency service departments as part of the Southwest NH Chapter of Project Linus. No experience is required. All materials will be supplied as well as refreshments. Wednesday, July 13, at 7 p.m., “Meet the Maker” — Michael Lindskog will describe the process of building, tuning and playing a handpan. A handpan is a tuned, steel musical instrument invented in 2000 in Switzerland. It is played with the hands and is a cousin to the steel drum. Lindskog will share the story of the handpan, his journey and the process of transforming an ordinary piece of steel into a singing sound sculpture. Thursday, July 14, at 6 p.m., storm drain stenciling – Help stencil storm drains to alert everyone of their importance, as they flow directly into rivers. Supplies will be provided. Everyone will meet at Wilton Collaborative Space before heading out in groups to stencil with Michele Decoteau, a ProjectWET teacher and a stormwater inspector. Monday, July 18, and continuing most Mondays at 6:30 p.m., meditation — Chairs will be provided, and participants should bring their own cushions, pillows, blocks or mats for comfort. Arrival is from 6:30 to 6:45 p.m., followed by guided Anapana meditation from 6:45 to 6:55. Silent meditation will be from 6:55 to 7:45. Meditation is free, but reservations are required by calling 603-654-6219 or sending email to wiltoncommunitycenter@gmail.com.

Wednesday, Aug. 3, at 7 p.m., black bears in New Hampshire — Rich Masters, a New Hampshire Fish and Game environmental educator, will present “Black Bear Happenings in New Hampshire.” He will provide a look at the natural history of this animal and teach about current research and conservation efforts, and attendees can share stories of personal bear encounters.
