Rindge Meeting House, 6 Payson Hill Road, will host “Talking About Race: Staying Curious, Moving Forward, and Being Part of the Solution” Thursday, May 26, at 6 p.m.

The program will focus on the experiences of five local Black people – Grace Aldrich, Jim Guy, Claire Holston, Luis Rosa, and Doug Sutherland – who have offered to share what it means to be Black in the Monadnock Region, New Hampshire and the United States today. Their experiences will be the starting point for a conversation on race and racism and how members of the community can learn to appreciate and understand different perspectives and life stories.

Allen Davis, an educator and racial justice activist, will moderate the discussion, which is free.
