James A. Tuttle Library, 45 Main St., Antrim, will present AARP’s “Six Pillars Of Brain Health” Wednesday, May 11, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Participants can learn about the six pillars of a brain-healthy lifestyle: engaging your brain, being social, ongoing exercise, eating right, restorative sleep and managing stress. AARP will present brain-boosting activities and encourage participants to share personal tips for maintaining brain health. This program will be via Zoom and Zoom in the library.
