On Tuesday, April 12, Katherine Gekas will offer an herb class Tuesday, April 12, at 7 p,m, in the South Room of Dublin Community Center, 1123 Main St., Dublin.

The class will be about teas that help people’s bodies clear out the winter “gunk.” Participants will go home with a handout that includes herb information and resources for learning more, and small samples of a bark-and-root tea and a leaf-and-flower tea that will help them transition into spring. Fee for the class is based on a sliding scale.

Gekas has been teaching community-level classes on how to stay healthy with herbs for more than 10 years. To sign up or for information, send email to katherinegekas2@gmail.com.
