On March 12, while enjoying a delicious meal at the Bantam Grill, I briefly lost consciousness and fell out of my seat. The problem has happened to me before, and it has to do with a blood-thinner I take.
The owner, or manager, of the restaurant appeared instantly and knew exactly what to do. He made sure I hadn’t hit my heed, and kept me from trying to get up until the synapse episode was over. In addition, by chance there were three nurses dining at the Bantam that evening, and they provided professional help.
To all these Good Samaritans, I offer my deep thanks.
