The submission deadline for the Greenfield Spirit community newsletter is Jan. 1 for the February/March issue.
Residents can include photos, articles, announcements, events, news of the town, poems, obituaries, drawings, historical information or anything else that would be of interest to the community. The preferred format to send articles via email is in a Word document, docx format or directly in the body of the email. PDFs are acceptable for ads or flyers, but it is preferable to also have a Word document as well. All digital photos should be included in jpg format separately.
Email text and/or photos to greenfieldspirit@gmail.com, or drop off articles and photographs at the Town Offices.
Deadlines are firm. If a problem requires a little extra time, contact the editor at greenfieldspirit@gmail.com to get an extension. Extensions are very limited and will depend on the printing schedule.
The Spirit is mailed to all Greenfield homes. Articles and line listings in the trades are free. Block ads and sponsorships can be purchased. Email for rates, formats, and sizes.
