The Main Street Bridge is still slated to close to vehicle traffic on April 13 as planned, despite mass closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The bridge will close to vehicle traffic on April 13, although the pedestrian walkway will still be available for use until a free standing pedestrian bridge is completed on the north side of the existing bridge.

Library renovations are still on track, Director Corinne Chronopolous said, and that the timeline has not been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic disruptions.
