A woman was taken to Monadnock Community Hospital with a head injury after a single-car crash in Temple on Tuesday.
Shortly before 2 p.m. Temple-Greenville police responded to Mansfield Road in Temple for a report of a Honda Civic that had gone off the road and landed in a roadside ditch.
Temple-Greenville Police Sgt. Michael Needham reported that the female driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, said she only vaguely remembered the crash, but believed she had drifted to the side of the road, and was unable to correct, and was sucked onto the shoulder and into the ditch.
The woman was taken to Monadnock Community Hospital by ambulance with an injury to her head. Her car sustained front end damage and had to be towed from the scene.
