On March 5, the Greenfield Select Board reviewed and adopted a Pandemic/Epidemic policy. The purpose of the policy is to establish a protocol to be used in the event of a pandemic/epidemic.
On Wednesday, March 11, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic.
This notice is to advise that the Pandemic/Epidemic policy is active for all non-emergency personnel employed by the town of Greenfield. Going forward, in accordance with the fluid nature of events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the town may be required to limit hours and/or services depending on instructions from Federal, State, and local authorities.
