ConVal sophomore Molly Dishong took ninth out of 113 racers in the SL race at the Eastern High School Championships at Cannon Mountain on Friday.
Dishong, representing Team New Hampshire against the best of the Eastern United States, crashed in her first run but took first in her second to finish ninth in a combined 1:46.79. She’d also finish 19th out of 125 racers in the GS in a combined 2:19.76.
Dishong was the seventh finisher in the U16 category for the GS race and third in the SL.
Team New Hampshire won the event with 334 points, holding off Michigan (371) and Massachusetts (584).
