The third monthly event of the year in the Notes series will be held Tuesday March 3 at Sunflowers in Jaffrey.

The Notes series combines both live original music and spoken word in an intimate setting.

At 7 p.m., the entertainment will start off with the very popular regional, singer songwriter, Ethan McBrien. McBrien has been playing for some time now with an Indie Folk Band, Party of the Sun with producer, multi-instrumentalist Rory Hurley. They have played funk-rock fusion as well as American traditional.

Following McBrien will be writer and poet, Sherry Jennings. Jennings is an emerging writer and constructs personal essays of nature, gardens and poetry. She was published in the Monadnock Writers Group book, “The Mud Chronicles” and is currently working on a memoir.

Diana Kamilla will follow with her own essays and poetry. Kamilla has long been a professional trainer in integrative health care and mindfulness medicine. She mentors for the University California, San Diego and has worked with all ages toward self-empowerment. Her writings reflect her own fascinating journey in life and health.

The cap off the evening will be returning musician, singer songwriter and recording artist, Terry Landis. Landis has been a singer for a Boston Celtic group, a jazz quartet, church soloist and a local dance/rock band. She will be accompanied by her son Owen on cajon and percussion.
