DublinDWI charge follows Tuesday car crash

A Rindge man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into a snowbank in Dublin Tuesday afternoon.

Dublin Police Chief Timothy Suokko said a motorist reported a vehicle in a snowbank off Valley Road at 3:58 p.m. with an unresponsive driver.ย 

โ€œI made contact with the operator who appeared to be passed out behind the wheel,โ€ Suokko said, โ€œHe came to, and was subsequently arrested.โ€ย 

The operator, Jacob Mills, 39, of Rindge, was charged with driving while intoxicated, and the 1997 Honda CRV he had been driving was towed from the scene. Mills was uninjured, and there was no damage to the vehicle.ย
