To the editor:
I am writing in response to the Jan. 2 letter to the editor by a New Ipswich resident in which he outlines the reasons why he is dissatisfied with Congresswoman Kuster.
I have also written to her multiple times and always received responses. Her first response was a snail mail letter during the last election, in which she convincingly assuaged my concerns, I believed her explanations and she received my vote. Since that time, my emails have been met with excuses about why she is ignoring my concerns and moving forward with doing as she pleases: voting along party lines and ingratiating herself to her colleagues.
I plan to vote for Steve Negron in the next election. I have met Mr. Negron several times and he is someone who has an impressive educational, military and professional background, represents a needed minority perspective, who truly cares about New Hampshire.
I believe that he will listen to us if elected to Congress and won’t forget us and turn it into a social boondoggle the way that Congresswoman Kuster has.
