The planned house party for Hawaiian Congresswoman and Democratic presidential hopeful Tulsi Gabbard has been postponed, the party host said on Facebook Thursday.

“Tulsi is sick and we’ll need to reschedule! Looking at sometime around the first 1-2 weeks of December. Will keep you all posted!”

Fellow candidate Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders plans to return to New Hampshire Saturday for a three-day Worker Appreciation tour.

The weekend’s events will showcase the importance of workers’ rights and show appreciation for the labor community. Sanders plans to host a dinner for union members Saturday night in Manchester and make stops for town halls in Franklin, Hillsborough, and Salem, and a rally in Portsmouth.

Locally, Sanders will host a town hall in Hillsborough on Sunday at 1 p.m. at the American Legion, 538 W. Main St., Hillsborough.

In other Democratic primary news, campaign staff for Democratic presidential hopeful Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren plan to open a Peterborough field office this weekend.

New York Assembly member Yuh-Line Niou, who’ll be in New Hampshire canvassing for the Warren campaign, is expected to be on hand for the office opening, scheduled for Sunday at 9 Vose Farm Road Suite 130, Peterborough. Doors open at 3 p.m., event at 3:30 p.m.
