To the editor:
On Tuesday, May 21st I drove past the Pine Hill Cemetery.
A school bus was parked there and students were busy putting flags at grave sites.
When all the flags had been placed two trumpet players sounded Taps while the rest stood at attention.
I had always assumed that some veterans organization placed the flags near Memorial Day. It was good to see a younger generation honoring those who served their country.
