Cats on Mats is back just in time for Mother’s Day!
Does your mom love tiny furry, popping kittens? If so, the best gift that you could give her this Mother’s Day is a registration to the annual Cats on Mats Yoga event at Forever Yoga in Milford.
The event is scheduled for Friday, May 10 at 6 p.m. and will run until 7:30 p.m.
The class will be led by Jessica Lang Wright the owner of Forever Yoga. She has been hosting the class as a fundraiser for Monadnock Kitty Rescue and Adoption in Jaffrey for several years.
The cost is a $20 or more donation to the rescue.
The class is good for all ages from beginner on up. So don’t worry if you have never done yoga before. Participants will be assisted with the class by the cutest, little kittens, bouncing and playing throughout the class.

All proceeds will be donated to Monadnock Kitty Rescue and Adoption, a non-profit no-kill rescue and feral sanctuary.
We will also be participating in Jaffrey’s town-wide Yard Sale on Saturday, June 22.
In addition to a lot of great gently used finds we will also have the new for 2019 KRA T-shirts in a variety of bold, fun colors with a brand new design!
We will be accepting donations for the yard sale that week on Thursday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday morning from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
New this year, we will be doing a Softball Tournament on June 29.
The tournament will run all day starting at 8 a.m.
The tournament will be co-ed and at Adams Playground in Peterborough.
Proceeds from the tournament will go to support Monadnock Kitty Rescue and Adoption! “It’s a purr-fect time to get your game on!”
