Voters also said YES 518 to 131 to adopt an amendment to the Jaffrey Zoning Land Use Code to clarify that two-family units and duplex units are allowed in the Rural, Residential B, and General Business Districts.

Town Meeting continued Saturday, voting results below:

■Article 3 asks voters to spend $2,840,000 to replace and rehabilitate water lines. The project would replace around 13,251 linear feet of water mains on School Street, Stratton Road, and Squantum Road, with the potential addition of Aetna, Wheeler, and Lawrence Streets and would be paid for with a bond. The bond will be paid for two-thirds by water user fees and one-third by taxation. The article requires a two-thirds ballot voter to pass. PASSED by a 101 to 16 ballot vote

■Article 4 asks voters to accept all town reports as printed in the town report. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 5 asks voters to spend the following amounts for water and sewer operations: $950,912 for water and $2,028,591 for sewer. Both budgets will be funded entirely through user fees and other non-property tax resources. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 6 asks voters to spend $6,688,733 for the town’s operating budget. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 7 asks voters to add $160,000 to the Highway Equipment Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 8 asks voters to spend up to $129,500 to purchase a new highway loader. This article will not have a tax impact as funds will come from the Highway Equipment Capital Reserve Fund. (The warrant article was originally for $176,500, but the town received a better quote between the posting of the warrant and Town Meeting.) PASSED by a voice vote 

■Article 9 asks voters to spend up to $85,320 to purchase a new highway dump truck. The article will not have a tax impact as funds will come from the Highway Equipment Capital Reserve Fund. (The warrant article was originally for $108,500, but the town received a better quote between the posting of the warrant and Town Meeting.) PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 10 asks voters to spend up to $59,000 to purchase a new highway utility truck and plow. The article will not have a tax impact as funds will come from the Highway Equipment Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 11 asks voters to add $50,000 to the Town Office Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 12 asks voters to add $60,000 to the Fire Department Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 13 asks voters to spend up to $30,000 to refurbish Hose Truck Number 1. The article will not have a tax impact as funds will come from the Fire Department Equipment Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 14 asks voters to add $40,000 to the TIF District Capital Reserve Fund. The article will not have a tax impact as funds will come from the Downtown Tax Increment Finance District.

■Article 15 asks voters to add $5,000 to the Land Acquisition Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 16 asks voters to add $1,000 to the Cemetery Trees Trust Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 17 asks voters to add $1,000 to the Gravestone Restoration Trust Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 18 asks voters to add $3,000 to the Meetinghouse Trust Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 19 asks voters to add $200,000 to the Municipal Building Maintenance Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 20 asks voters to add $120,000 to the Bridge Rehabilitation Capital Reserve Fund. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 21 asks voters to establish a capital reserve fund to purchase new or refurbish existing police cruisers. The article also asks to add $50,000 to the account and designate the Select Board as agent to expend. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 22 asks voters to spend $50,000 to purchase and equip a new police cruiser. Article passed over because previous warrant article was approved

■Article 23 asks voters to spend $29,500 to engineer and design School Street sidewalk improvements. The project will address the portions of the street not covered by a proposed school district project on the district’s warrant this March. Article was passed over as the project was slated to be completed in conjunction with a Jaffrey-Rindge School District parking lot project, which was defeated at the polls on Tuesday. 

■Article 24 asks voters to spend $803,617 to rehabilitate and construct sidewalks on Peterborough Street and Stratton Road. The project will be paid for through a $642,894 NH DOT Transportation Alternatives Program Grant, $121,804 from the Downtown TIFD, and $38,919 from taxation. The article would complete the first phase of planned bike and pedestrian improvements downtown. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 25 asks voters to raise $30,000 to support the Jaffrey-Rindge Memorial Ambulance. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 26 asks voters to raise $17,000 to support Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 27 asks voters to raise $8,000 to support the Monadnock Community Early Lear ning Center. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 28 asks voters to raise $9,500 to support The Community Kitchen, Inc. PASSED by a voice vote

■Article 29 asks voters to raise $6,821 to support Monadnock Family Services. PASSED by a voice vote
