The theft charge against a former ConVal School District employee has been dropped.
Timothy Baylies, 37, of Hillsborough was previous charged with a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in laptops and other computer-related items from the district during the 2015-16 school year.
The charge was dropped on Dec. 7, according to documentation provided by Baylie’s attorney, Sean R. List of Backus, Meyer & Branch LLP in Manchester.
Bayliers was a technology coordinator at South Meadow School in Peterbrough from July 2014 to Jan. 2016, according to his LinkedIn.
