A Jaffrey woman has been indicted at the Cheshire Superior Court after allegedly threatening to stab someone in the face with a pair of scissors.
Tracey Lacroix, 49, has been charged with one count of felony-level criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.
Court documents say Lacroix threatened to stab another woman while holding a pair of scissors and shouting at her.
The incident allegedly occurred on Sept. 15 in Jaffrey.
Elijah Fogg, 18, of Jaffrey was indicted on a special-level felony count of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Court documents allege that on April 13 while in Jaffrey, Fogg had sexual intercourse with someone “through concealment or by the element of surprise,” and did not give his alleged victim a chance to resist or flee.
