Several men are facing charges after being indicted recently in Hillsborough Country Superior Court.

Kodiak Johnson, 29, of Bennington was indicted on five counts of possession of child sexual abuse images after allegedly being found in possession of pornographic images featuring minors. Court records say Johnson was found in possession of the images in Bennington on Jan. 20, 2018.

Dale Cole, 65, of Ayer, Massachusetts, was indicted on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Cole has been accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old boy during the summer of 2009 while at a Hancock campground. According to court paperwork, the victim told police that Cole would offer him cigarettes in exchange for allowing Cole to touch his penis. The victim also said Cole would play a pornographic movie during their time together.

Eric Earle, 22, of Greenville was indicted on a count of second degree assault, two counts of domestic violence, and one count of criminal mischief. Earle allegedly strangled his intimate partner, who he also allegedly grabbed and punched in the head, in Manchester on Nov. 25. Earle also allegedly snapped his partnerโ€™s cellphone in half.

Solomon Biyinzikam 28, of Haverill was indicted on a count of second-degree assault. Biyinzika allegedly strangled an intimate partner while in Antrim on Sept. 8, 2018.

Robert Davidson, 35, of Hillsborough was indicted on a count of second degree assault. Davidson allegedly strangled an intimate partner while in Antrim on Sept. 16, 2018.

James Leonard, 33, of Henniker was indicted on two counts of controlled drug: acts prohibited. Leonard was allegedly found in possession of fentanyl and over one ounce of marijuana in Bennington on June 12, 2018.

Phillip Malone, 43, of Hancock was indicted on one count of simple assault after allegedly pushing a 3-year-oldโ€™s face into a puddle of urine in Hancock on June 15, 2018.

Mark McCreery, 38, of New Ipswich was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug after allegedly being in possession of fentanyl and cocaine on Sept. 20, 2018 in Manchester.

Colby Pidgeon, 21, of Dover was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug after allegedly being in possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine while in Peterborough on May 20, 2018.

An indictment is not an determination of guilt or innocence, but indicates that a grand jury found sufficient evidence to bring a case to trial.
