Icy, slushy road conditions likely led to an accident on Route 123 in Peterborough and its closure Sunday night.
The crash occurred around 11 p.m. on Sunday. The road was closed to all traffic just after the crash. It is unknown how long the road will be closed or if anyone was injured.
A police officer on scene would only confirm that it was a single vehicle crash, a black pickup that was on its side in the northbound lane of Route 123 just south of Upland Farm Road.
