The town of Antrim is auctioning off seven tax-deeded properties on Saturday.

The auction will take place at 10 a.m. at the Antrim Town Hall.

Properties for sale are a mix of undeveloped wooded lots, a lot with a manufactured home, and a lot with a pond.

โ€œTheyโ€™re all good pieces of property, depending on what youโ€™re looking for,โ€ Selectman John Robertson said.

The seven properties have a total assessed value of $204,190. Robertson said the town hopes to make as much money as possible, though the properties do not have minimums or reserves.

โ€œWe have to be satisfied with whatever we get,โ€ Robertson said. โ€œWe are auctioning them to recover back taxes and get them back on the tax roll.โ€

Properties include an undeveloped 17-acre lot on Old Hancock Road, a three-bedroom home in poor condition on Reed Carr Road, an undeveloped 1.01-acre lot on Bryers Lane, an undeveloped 5.96-acre lot on Gibson Mountain Road, an undeveloped 6-acre lot on Craig Road, an undeveloped 3.2-acre lot on a private road close to the Stoddard town line, and an undeveloped 2.2-acre lot on Salmon Brook Road.

Registration for the auction will begin at 9 a.m.

All of the lots are marked and drive-bys ahead of the auction are recommended.

A 10 percent buyerโ€™s premium is payable to the auctioneer, due at closing.

A brochure and more information about the auction can be found on the Antrim town websiteโ€™s town meeting calendar.

The auction is being conducted by James R. St. Jean Auctioneers of Epping.
