An Antrim man has been indicted in Hillsborough Superior Court for allegedly possessing a controlled drug.
Tavore Evans, 35, was indicted on one charge of possession of a controlled drug, methylphenidate on April 4 in Antrim.
The charge is a Class B felony and carries a three and a half to seven year prison sentence and a $4000 fine.
A Francestown man was also indicted for allegedly receiving stolen property.
Zachary Frost, 23, was indicted after he purposely obtained a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu that was valued in excess of $1500 with the intent to deprive the owner of the vehicle on June 17.
The crime is classified as a Class A felony. It carries a seven and a half to 15 year prison sentence and a $4000 fine.
Indictments are not an indicator of guilt or innocence, but does show that a grand jury found enough evidence to bring the case to trial.
