Grove Street Bridge over Great Brook has critical deficiencies that could pose safety hazards, according to the NH Department of Transportation.
The bridge is set to be closed indefinitely, a measure that is set to go into effect at the end of the day on Friday, Dec. 2.
“We understand that this will be an inconvenience for all who use Grove Street, unfortunately it cannot be avoided,” said a news alert sent by the Town of Antrim.
The release said the town is working with engineers on the issue and will keep the public updated about the progress of the project.
