Sophomore forward Nathalia Maria da Silva took the kick from approximately 30 yards out on the right side and dropped it in front of the right post, about eight yards from goal. Cousineau was able to get her head to the ball and redirect it inside the right post for her team-leading fifth goal of the season.
Junior goalkeeper Casey Cook made five saves against eight shots on goal on the way to the tie (4-2-2) in net for Franklin Pierce, while the defense chipped in a pair of saves by clearing shots off the line.
The Ravens return to the field on Tuesday, Oct. 4, when they remain home to host Saint Rose in a Northeast-10 contest. Opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Sodexo Field.
