The Mascenic Vikings girls’ volleyball team shut out previously undefeated Epping on Friday, winning 3-0 to improve to 4-1 on the season. Middle hitter Shannon Agonis continued her stellar sophomore campaign, registering a season-high 12 kills on the way to the victory. Meagan Brand had six kills of her own and Melonie Ojala added a pair of aces.
Mascenic took on Hillsboro-Deering after press time Monday; they travel to rematch with Epping (3-1) on Friday at 5 p.m.
