KEENE Learn to preserve your harvest safely

“Preserving Your Harvest: The Basics of Preserving Food Safely” will be presented on Wednesday, Sept. 28 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Hitchcock in Keene.

Presenters will cover the latest research-based methods and recipes, answer questions, and share experiences about these topics: an overview of preserving food safely at home jams and jellies pickling canning fruits and vegetables freezing and drying food.
