The Franklin Pierce University bowling team has had six student-athletes named to the 2016 spring semester edition of the East Coast Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll, as announced earlier this month by the Conference office.
The ECC honors all student-athletes who post a semester grade-point average of 3.25 or higher with a selection to the Commissioner’s Honor Roll. Bowling is the only sport which Franklin Pierce competes in the ECC in, and the six Ravens honored were among a Conference-record 1,255 student-athletes recognized across the league.
Earning the accolade for the Ravens were sophomore Jessica Davies (Cape Coral, Fla.), sophomore Rachel DesRuisseaux (Goffstown, N.H.), sophomore Colleen Kelly (Quincy, Mass.), sophomore Jessica Marcure (Attleboro, Mass.), sophomore Kaitlyn Poirier (Winchester, N.H.) and freshman Stephanie Radley (Averill Park, N.Y.).
The Ravens finished the 2015-16 season with a 42-57 record and took fourth place at the inaugural ECC Championship.
