The Monadnock Center for History and Culture will lead a walking tour through downtown to explore the history of the architecture on Saturday, July 23, at 10 a.m.
Beginning at the Monadnock Center, the tour will examine the variety of architectural styles that make up the downtown streetscape, the town’s national and state Register of Historic Places properties, and the ways the downtown has evolved over time.
The walk will take approximately 90 minutes.
The walking tours are lively and interactive experiences. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and share their knowledge.
The tour is free and open to the public through the generous sponsorship of The Petersons, Inc.
