Tyler Sands of Conant took sixth overall in the Nashua South decathlon over the weekend. Sands scored 5,047 points, behind top finisher Terrell Lewis of host Nashua South and his 5,723 points.
Sands finished in the top ten in all the throwing events, second in his specialty, the 100M dash, and “ran his guts out” in th 1500M, according to coach Erin Kelly.
