The ConVal girls’ lacrosse team beat Campbell on Tuesday, 16-2. Lily Sheridan scored four goals and had two assists. Sierra Tracy, Grace Dell, Briana Jones and Gracyn Mose all had two goals apiece.

The defense, led by Natalie Klint, helped keep the scoring opportunities limited. When tested, goalie Emma Crowley made some big saves.

On Friday, ConVal faced a seasoned Gilford team and lost 19-12. Gilford got out to a fast start, but ConVal was within three until late in the second half.

“We allowed them too many chances after making the initial stop on defense,” said head coach Derek Sorbello. “They capitalized on those chances.” Jones and Sheridan each had four goals.
