Scott Edwards will deliver a “clock talk” Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Jaffrey Civic Center.
Edwards was born and raised in Temple where his family has resided since 1760. He’s a graduate of Conval High School and has always been fascinated by clocks, the first one being his great grandmother’s.
Earlier this year, he removed the works of the Historical Society’s Laban Ainsworth tallcase clock, and is now cleaning and sprucing up the works. In his talk he will describe what’s involved in cleaning and maintaining a old clock.
