Cheshire County Commissioner Claudia Stewart spoke to members of the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary during a meeting on Thursday, Oct. 1 at Franklin Pierce University.
Stewart, a Rindge resident, discussed county governance and services supporting public safety, health, and justice programs across 22 towns and Keene. She emphasized the use of grants to reduce taxation and offered advice on how nonprofit organizations can apply for grant funding.
