The Antrim Scholarship Committee welcomes 2016 applications from Antrim students who plan to continue their education after high school. Applications for financial assistance for the 2016-17 academic year are available at the Antrim Town Hall or online at the townโ€™s website (www.antrimnh.org).

Completed applications must be received at Antrim Town Hall by the May 2 deadline. Successful applicants will be notified of their award in early June.

Funds are available from the Jameson Scholarship Fund, established by Dr. James W. Jameson. The Jameson Fund is eligible to students entering their first year of study after high school.

Students studying medicine (or a related field) are considered for the Tibbetts Fund, set up in memory of Dr. Guy Tibbetts.

Funds for students continuing studies beyond their freshman year are available from the Thompson Fund, established by former Antrim postmaster Alice Thompson.

Last year 18 Antrim students were awarded a total of $20,330 in scholarship assistance in connection with the committeeโ€™s work.
