The Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School Board is considering a slate of cuts to the budget, including teacher reductions, reduced sports and activities, administrative staff, 4-year-old universal preschool and the Little Orioles daycare center, in order to make up a $1.8 million shortfall.
