Monadnock Indoor Tennis Club, New Hampshireโs first indoor tennis facility, will host an open house on Sunday, Sept. 21, from 1 to 4 p.m.
During the open house, visitors can tour the facility, meet members and club pros and try out the courts. Rackets and balls will be provided for guests who want to play, but attendees should bring clean indoor-only sneakers. Locker rooms are available, and refreshments will be provided.
Founded in 1967 by local tennis enthusiasts, MITC has been a gathering place for players of all ages and skill levels for nearly six decades. The member-owned club has served as the setting for thousands of beginner lessons, USTA matches and social events for members and their guests.
All are welcome, regardless of age or level of tennis experience. Many members learned to play at MITC by taking private or group lessons, playing regularly with friends orย joining a USTA team.ย
MITC offers both stock and non-stock memberships. For information, visit monadnocktennis.com/become-a-member.
Parking is available on-site at 210 Concord St., and the event will take place rain or shine.
